Magical Memories Store offers the following Returns Policy:
Our easy (7) day return policy and customer satisfaction give you confidence & peace of mind when you buy from us and don't forget when paying by credit card your purchase is protected. Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your item for a Return Merchandise Authorization (returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping fee is non-refundable).

United States Postal Service (includes processing time)-
First Class: 3-6 business days
Parcel Post: 4-12 business days
Priority Mail: 3-6 business days
Express Mail: 2-5 business days
UPS (includes processing time)-
Ground: 3-9 business days
3 Day Select: 3-6 business days
2nd Day Air: 2-5 business days
Next Day Air Saver: 2-4 business days
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. Delivery times vary and are generally 14-21 days for standard delivery, 10 - 14 days for expedited delivery.
