Q: What's the best shipping choice?
A: All items with very few exceptions are boxed for shipment (no poly mailers) to limit the possibility of damage however insurance is still suggested as we cannot be responsible for damage to items received while in transit if insurance is not selected (insurance is included when selecting UPS). Delivery times vary depending on shipping method selected & location and are generally as follows for domestic shipments (excluding weekends):

United States Postal Service (includes processing time)-
First Class: 6-9 business days
Parcel Post: 7-12 business days
Priority Mail: 5-6 business days
Express Mail: 3-4 business days

UPS (includes processing time)-
Ground: 6-11 business days
3 Day Select: 5-6 business days
2nd Day Air: 4-5 business days
Next Day Air Saver: 3-4 business days

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. Currently USPS does not offer tracking for international shipments and delivery times vary but are generally 14 – 21 days for standard delivery, 10 - 14 days for expedited delivery..

Q. I am receiving a "No items in cart" message when viewing my cart.
A: This can occur when the security settings on your computer are set too high and are prohibiting cookies. In order to add items to your cart, cookies must be enabled on your computer.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Our easy (7) day return policy and customer satisfaction give you confidence & peace of mind when you buy from us. Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your item for a Return Merchandise Authorization (shipping charge is non-refundable and does not apply to items damaged in transit unless insurance has been selected). Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Item(s) must be received in NEW condition to qualify.

Q: Do you combine shipping costs?
A: Yes except for occasional items. Contact us to confirm eligibility of your items if in doubt.

Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A: All items will display the current shipping charge.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. All items will display the current shipping charge once you select your country under "shipping" when viewing your shopping cart.

Q: Where can I find refill pages for Disney Photo Albums or Scrapbooks?
A: Unfortunately Disney does not offer refill pages for scrapbooks or photo albums. Only complete albums are sold.
